This license is based on the Open Educational Non-Commercial License (OENCL) – Version 1.0, adapted specifically for the "Partnership Safeguards: Pre-Marriage & Parenthood" materials.

1. Purpose of This License

This license is designed to allow free access, free use, and free sharing of the licensed materials strictly for personal, educational, or professional teaching contexts,while prohibiting any commercial exploitation, resale, or derivative monetization of the content. This is intended to prevent relationship therapists, coaches, or other professionals from selling the framework as a paid digital product.
